Jeanene Miller is an Academic Coordinator at Prairie Seeds Academy. She works with grades K-12. Ms. Miller has been teaching for over 30 years. Her most recent years have been in the Metro Area suburban and urban setting. All of the years since coming to Minnesota in 1994 have involved working in diverse settings, something she truly loves.
Her first commitment is to the students. Since she joined PSA in January 2011, her goal has been to get to know as many of the students as possible. She has been building relationships with many of the students already. As we grow in enrollment, her goal does not waiver.
Jeanene brings a strong background in Hmong culture, Literacy across the grades and staff development. She has taught all grades K-8, Reading, Special Education and had experience with high school in tutoring classes. She has been a literacy consultant for schools in Pennsylvania, Washington DC, New York as well as in the Midwest. She had also served as an Assistant Administrator prior to coming to PSA.
Ms. Miller completed her undergraduate work at the University of Northern Iowa. She earned her Masters from Hamline University. Since then she has done work on her ELL licensure.
